Top Attorneys Lincoln offers no more than five profile positions in each practice area. The cap creates scarcity within this publication, but it does not mean only five qualified attorneys exist in Lincoln.
Sponsored profiles
If an attorney or firm pays for a profile position, the profile must be labeled “Sponsored,” “Paid Profile,” or comparable language close to the profile. Payment is not described as an earned award or objective ranking.
Placement order
Position order may be determined by publication design, rotation, availability, sponsorship terms, or another disclosed method. Order does not communicate legal skill or likelihood of success.
Social Parameter
Social Parameter powers the publication and may sell website, advertising, profile, or marketing services. Purchasing those services does not create a legal-quality rating or guarantee clients, leads, or Google rankings.
Factual corrections
Corrections to published facts do not require purchasing a profile or marketing service.
Consumer choice
Readers should independently evaluate licensing, discipline, relevant experience, conflicts, fees, communication, and fit. The five-profile cap is a publication format—not a substitute for due diligence.
