Assessor and property search

Lancaster County’s Assessor/Register of Deeds office provides property search, valuation information, deeds, property-transfer search, GIS, exemptions, and forms.

Recorded documents can establish ownership history, liens, easements, and other interests, but a public search is not a substitute for a title examination or legal interpretation.
